Nationwide Collections : schedule & pricing
The following service is designed to make your exhibiting experience as stress free as possible.
Collection of all works and sundries pre-show will mean that on set-up day you will not be queuing for a space in the loading bay dealing with parking, traffic, congestion charge, ULEZ charges, and more. You will be able to arrive and go straight to your stand where you will find everything waiting for you to begin installation.
Geographical location pricing for the collection, delivery to stand, post show collection and return to artist is provided below.
Scheduled collection dates have been provisionally provided but will be confirmed once take-up is known.
If you are not available on the date of collection, we can also offer a bespoke collection, just get in touch to see how we can help you

Returns schedule
Works will be returned during the week following the event end. Regional returns schedule dates will be advised.
This same week will see the return shipping for any international artists who delivered to our advance warehouse, and the collection by any artist who delivered to us directly.
Any sold works that require onward shipping and/or delivery will also be shipped out during this week.
Advance Warehouse Information
If you would like to arrange your own delivery to our advance warehouse, we are providing this advance storage free of charge between Monday 22th Sept to Monday 6th October 2025.
This will be a time slot booked service, please call our art team on 0203 834 1826 to book.
There will then be a fee of £145 + VAT each way for taking all your exhibition works and materials from our advance warehouse to your stand at the show, and bringing anything back to our warehouse post show. 30th Septemb45

PLEASE NOTE:
The above pricing is subject to limitation of 1m3 (e.g. 1m x 1m x 1m total size).
Please supply a complete property list to enable us to confirm that your works fit within this volume. Additional or oversized items may be subject to additional charges, and bespoke quotations are available on request.
Additional Services & Information
Installation/deinstallation
Installation / deinstallation services are available from EBISS at an additional charge if we are handling your shipping/delivery to site.
Installs of up to 15 pieces: £85.00 (+VAT) for 1.5 hours, (minimum charge) for one EBISS technician. Install plans must be supplied by 7th October.
If more than 1 technician is required for your installation, please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Please note: Installation slots will only be available to those who have used our shipping / advance warehouse services
Sundries & fittings
Please include a full list of all works (plus any sundries – table/chair/ladder/toolbox etc) you wish to include for collection on the provided ‘TOAF Property List’ Spreadsheet.
Insurance
Insurance is not included as standard but can be priced on request.
