We are the experts - so you don't have to be!
There are a lot of moving parts to consider when packing and shipping your work, and we know that it can be daunting and confusing. But the good news is that we are experts in ALL of that – so you don’t need to be!
We will always ensure the packing is correct for the medium of transport, and specifically designed around the requirements of your creation, whether that is glass, ceramic, textile, wood – or anything else!
We can work with you to discuss your needs and work around that – whether we send you an empty, made to measure crate with all the packing materials you need to pack it yourself, or whether we collect the work directly from you and pack it professionally in our own facility – it is completely up to you!
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to adapt to the different requirements for different pieces and clients.

We get that it can be daunting, and the technical jargon when it comes to customs forms can be less than clear, so we will always ensure we explain clearly the procedures and requirements. We can walk you through each step of the process at a speed that suits you.
