Advance Warehouse Information
EBISS is once again the nominated shipping & logistics specialist for The Societies’ Photographic Convention and Trade Show.
There are no advance receiving facilities at the Novotel Hammersmith.
ALL shipments must be delivered to the EBISS warehouse. We will receive all shipments, store them for free (between dates mentioned below) then deliver them to your stand.
As the event has a tight breakdown schedule, all materials will be returned to the warehouse for your own freight company to pick-up (or we can return it for you)
We can also organise for the round-trip transport from your location to your stand and return. This means you are dealing with one logistics specialist throughout the move with one single point of contact who provides you with regular shipment updates.
You may select one of our easy options below or, deliver yourself to our advance warehouse between the 2nd – 12th January 2024.

Collection & shipping options
Option 1
You deliver your materials to our warehouse between 2nd – 12th January (excluding weekends)
- We consolidate all materials and move them to the Novotel Hotel for set-up
- Our team of event professional unload and distribute to your stand so that all is in place for when you arrive
- We will be at the venue on the breakdown afternoon to discuss your needs for the close of the event and return
- We will label all items and make ready for loading
- Our team will load out and return all to our warehouse
- You can arrange pick-up from our warehouse 24th – 26th January or we can ship back for you
- As much or as little help as you require, we can provide
Pricing is charged on a cubic metre (or equivalent) basis where 1 cbm = 300 Kgs.
Our warehouse to your stand @ £150.00 per cbm / 500 Kg – min 2 cbm
From your stand to our warehouse @ £150.00 per cbm / 500 Kgs – Min 2 cbm
Option 2
As with option 1 above but we will take care of the pick-up and return your materials which will make your life even easier! Additional pricing will apply for the pick-up and return delivery. We can pick-up from anywhere in the world and help with any customs paperwork, any carnet requirements, any temporary import issues or anything else, we can handle it all
All you need to do is let us know what you would like to ship and where you would like it collected from and we can provide a pricing estimate for you
Option 3
This is as Option 1 or 2 but for shipments of up to 5 cartons or boxes, and 80 Kgs total for all 5 boxes. It’s a small package service and charged at just £100.00 each way.
All rates exclude VAT where applicable and insurance is available on request.
Additional Services
We can provide any and all of the following –
- Set-up or dismantle your portable display stands
- Rental of stand / booths or other exhibition display products for single use at this event
- Purchase of stands / booths and other display materials that you can use here and then we can store for you to use at other future events
- Installation / set-up and /or dismantle your existing display stands so that everything is ready and waiting for you when you arrive
- World-wide pick-up and delivery service
- We have a range of LED/LCD/Plasma TV’s and other AV equipment available with or without stands for rental
- Interactive screen / Giant iTab / Photo Booth for data capture, digital image galleries & more
- A selection of additional stand furniture for rental
All rates exclude VAT where applicable and insurance is available on request.
