Important information:
For all artists and galleries to be aware – with the change of venue for the 2024 event there is no longer any option for self delivery to this event other than a hand carry, and there is no loading bay at this venue and no parking other than for the official contractors.
All crates and artworks will be need to be delivered to the event advance warehouse and they will be delivered / collected and transported back to our EBISS warehouse.
We can assist with collection and shipping (domestic & international) OR artworks may be delivered to our Advance Warehouse by your own shippers.
All works and collateral will then be delivered direct to your stand at Camden Town Hall.
Size & Weight Restrictions
Due to access at the venue, and for different locations within the venue, certain size and weight restrictions are in place. Items outside of these sizes/weights may require additional handling (see below), or may not be possible to be delivered to your display area. Please check your crate & artwork sizes comply with the location of your display stand. Please contact our team if your items are outside the maximum size/weight to discuss your options.
Maximum Crate Size :
Lower Ground : 80 (length) x 100 (width) x 170 (Height) cms @ 500 kg
Ground : 120 (Length) x 120 (Width) x 200 (Height) cms @ 500 kg
Maximum Artwork Size :
Lower Ground : 150 (Length) x 75 (Width) x 170 (Height) cms @ 30 kg
Ground : 150 (Length) x 120 (Width) x 170 (Height) cms @ 40 kg
Advance Warehouse & Pricing Information
Our Advance Warehouse is open between Monday 16th and Friday 27th September, storage is free of charge during this period.
If you are delivering direct to our advance warehouse, you will need to book a timed slot. Please email StART@ebiss.co.uk or call our art team on 0203 834 1826 to book.
There will then be a fee, each way, for taking all your exhibition works and materials from our advance warehouse to your stand at the show, and bringing anything back to our warehouse post show.
Advance Warehouse Charges:
Lower Ground : £400.00 per cbm (minimum 1.5cbm)
If un-crating is required, an additional £75 per crate (any crates larger than the maximum will need un-crating outside venue and carrying to stand by hand)
Ground : £300.00 per cbm (minimum 1.5cbm)

All prices are for items and crates within the maximums stated above. Anything over maximums will need a bespoke costings.
Additional Services
Additional labour: for assistance unpacking/packing, this can be pre-booked and will be charged at £75 (ex VAT) per hour, per person
Installation: reserve an installation technician & assistant team (minimum 2 hour slot), charged at £200 (ex VAT) per hour.
De-installation: charged at £100 (ex VAT) per hour, per technician.
Pack Up & Returning Artworks
After the event, all crates and artworks will be collected and transported back to our EBISS warehouse. Please note, there is no loading bay or parking for non-official contractors at this venue.
These will be ready for exhibitors to collect from our warehouse from Wednesday 16th October at 12pm, or we can arrange for all collateral to be returned to you directly.
