JOB PURPOSE: EBISS UK Ltd are seeking to employ a new Operations Executive for our offices in West Sussex. We are looking for someone to manage our client’s freight and logistics requirements to world-wide exhibitions, art fairs and events. The role involves a degree of manual handling in the warehouse and on-site, as well as organising collection and delivery of client’s shipments. We provide an excellent customer service to our clients and believe this contributes to our continued growth.


Ensuring all jobs are delivered on time
All costs are within budget
Ability to utilise in house systems
Operational revenue targets achieved
Accuracy of job information


Ensure that all dates are strictly adhered to.
End to end logistical support with high level of customer service support within a B2B environment
Communicate effectively to all customers
Manage customer stock and inventory
Responding to queries from existing customers and vendors


Pro-active in problem solving and decision making
Attention to detail and a desire to follow a structured process
Manage workloads, able to prioritise, working to agreed deadlines & SLA’s
Ensure that services provided do not exceed quotes.
Positive attitude to change and evolving business requirements


Highly organised, self-motivated and energetic individual with confident negotiation skills.
Creative and innovative approach
Good at building relationships and able to communicate at all levels internally and externally
Strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude
Confident team player, and able to work on own initiative.
Be prepared to go the extra mile


G.C.S.E grade C and above in (or similar grade) in Maths and English Language
Full Driving License
1-2 years freight forwarding experience and possible exhibition logistics knowledge
