For any shipments that require any movement outside the borders of the UK, we require your direct instruction to represent your company for customs purposes. This is required by HMRC for ALL non-domestic shipments.

As our minimum instruction for you or your elected sub-Agent to declare a consignment for UK Export or UK Import on our behalf to HM Revenue & Customs, we or our agent(s) will make available to you a copy of the relevant travel document and invoice or other formal statement of description, quantity, shipping terms and value for goods consigned to or from us. We accept, as a Customs Clearance Agent, declarations and submissions you or your sub-Agent make to HMRC in our name as Importer or Exporter are under ‘Direct Representation’; meaning we are responsible for the identified goods being packed and available as stated, reported as required to interested Government Departments and, for customs purposes, the classification, origin, regime, status, and valuation quoted for the consignment.
