EBISS are the recommended logistics partner for the MPTS show again in 2024 and will be providing advance warehouse, transport and international shipping services, on-site logistics services, as well as stand installation and / or rental services for all exhibitors and contractors.
EBISS can provide either one way or round-trip transportation by road, sea, airfreight, or courier from any world-wide location to your stand at the event. We can also look after any Customs paperwork, procedures, and requirements if you would like us to. Please ask us for deadline collection dates and for a no obligation quote.
Advance Warehouse & Storage Facilities
To save you the stress of ensuring your materials arrive on the correct set-up day, we are offering an advance warehouse facility. This will be open between 29th April 2024 and 8th May 2024, if you would like to deliver all your collateral direct to us. We will then receive and transfer all to your stand so that it is all there, ready and waiting for you when you arrive on set-up day.
Please send us details of your shipment and we’ll be happy to provide our rates for receiving your collateral, storage until set-up and delivery of everything to your stand. We can also provide this service post show and collect / store your collateral until you are ready to have it picked up and returned to you.
Forklifts, Empty Case Storage & Labour - onsite prices for services:
Unloading from vehicle directly to stand* – £35.00 per 1 cbm / 500 Kgs / lift – min £75.00
Collection, storage and redelivery of empty cases – £45.00 per 1 cbm – min 3 cbm
Forklift to reload from stand directly to vehicle* – £35.00 per 1 cbm / 500 Kgs / lift – min £75.00
Labour to assist with unpacking / repacking* – £45.00 per hour – min 2 hours
Forklift* to assist on stand with erection / dismantling work – £150.00 per hour – min 2 hours
Administration Fee – £45.00
