Transport, Shipping and On-Site Logistics Services
EBISS will be providing transport, international shipping and on-site logistics services to exhibitors and their contractors for the Mines & Money Conference.
International Shipping
We can provide round-trip road, sea or air freight from any location to your stand at the event. We’ll also look after Customs procedures. Please contact us for deadline collection dates as well as our arrival dates.
Transport Services
For companies in the UK, we can provide a round-trip collection service to your stand and return. Pricing will depend on the size, weight and availability of your materials. Please contact us for more details.
Advance Warehouse
The Advance Warehouse will be open from 30th October to 20th November 2019, to receive deliveries for transporting to the venue.
To save you the stress of ensuring your materials arrive on the correct set-up day, we can provide you with the services of our advance warehouse. This is open 10 days prior to the 1st day of set-up for you to deliver your equipment to us. We’ll receive and transfer all to your stand and materials. We can collect from you and make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf, or you can deliver your equipment to our warehouse and we will deliver it directly to the venue at the allotted time and date. On-Site logistics
Should you be sending your equipment direct to The Business Design Centre, EBISS can provide forklift services to offload vehicles to stand and from stand to vehicle. This is a chargeable service that must be booked in advance. In addition, we can collect, store and return any packing materials for you. Please contact us for details.
