Our services are designed to make your exhibiting experience as stress-free as possible.
We can take care of as little or as much as require, whether you require overseas collection and shipping, from across the UK, or just around the corner – we can help.
Collection of all works and sundries pre-show will mean that on set-up day you will not be queuing for a space in the loading bay dealing with parking, traffic, congestion charge, ULEZ charges, and more. You will be able to arrive and go straight to your stand where you will find everything waiting for you to begin installation.
If you would like to arrange your own delivery to our advance warehouse, we are providing this advance storage free of charge between Monday 6th January to Friday 17th January.
This will be a time slot booked service, please call our art team on 0203 834 1826 to book.
For international clients we can receive property, offer import customs clearance facility as well as temporary or free circulation import options.
All advance warehouse storage will be free of charge during this period, fees will apply for transporting exhibition works to and from the venue, as required, and depending on the amount of property requiring transportation. .
Delivery to stand:: £150.00 per cbm (minimum 1.5cbm)
All property being delivered to the upper floor stands must be suitable to fit in the goods lift, otherwise additional charges may apply.
Any items over the maximum crate size will be quoted on request.
Pack Up & Return: £150.00 per cbm (minimum 1.5cbm)
Pick-up from stand and redelivery to our advance warehouse. Maximum crate sizing applies as per the above.
Return Shipments: These will be available for exhibitors to collect, or arrange to have collected, from our warehouse from Wednesday 29th January, from 12pm, or we can arrange for all items to be returned directly as required.
Let us know what you need, and we will work with you to provide the most cost-effective solution to fit your requirements.
Additional labour: for assistance unpacking/packing, this can be pre-booked and will be charged at £75 (ex VAT) per hour, per person
Installation: reserve an installation technician & assistant team (minimum 1 hour slot), charged at £200 (ex VAT) per hour.
De-installation: a 2 man team will be charged at £200 (ex VAT) per hour, or a 1 man team at £100 per hour
All the above services need to be booked in advance a time slot will be given.
Please include a full list of all works (plus any sundries – table/chair/ladder/toolbox etc) you wish to include for collection on the provided ‘LAF Property List’ Spreadsheet.
Insurance is not included as standard but can be priced on request.
