Advance Warehouse Information
Consolidating shipments from overseas or various origins? You can deliver everything to us (or we can collect) and we will consolidate all of your pieces, and deliver in a single drop on your installation day. If you would prefer to deliver yourself to our advance warehouse, we can take care of this, our advance warehouse will be available between Monday 9th and Friday 21st February 2025.
This will be a time slot booked service, please call our art team on 0203 834 1826 to book.
There will then be a fee per cbm of property each way for taking all your exhibition works and materials from our advance warehouse to your stand at the show, and bringing anything back to our warehouse post show.
Additional Services & Information
Additional labour: for assistance unpacking/packing, this can be pre-booked and will be charged at £75 (ex VAT) per hour, per person
Installation: reserve an installation technician & assistant team (minimum 1 hour slot), charged at £200 (ex VAT) per hour.
De-installation: a 2 man team will be charged at £200 (ex VAT) per hour, or a 1 man team at £100 per hour
All the above services need to be booked in advance a time slot will be given.

Insurance is not included as standard in the published charges, but can be priced on request. Please contact us if you would like to explore this further.
