EBISS is your nominated shipping & logistics specialist for the BTS Summer Meeting.
Please note: There are limited advance receiving facilities at the venue.
Deliveries may be made to the venue only on allotted days, please refer to your exhibitor handbook for details.. However, all deliveries may be made in advance, more conveniently via the EBISS warehouse. We will receive all advance shipments, store them for free (between dates mentioned below) then deliver them to your stand.
All collateral that we have delivered, will be returned to our warehouse after the show, for your own freight company to pick-up (or we can return it for you)
We can also organise for the round-trip transport from your location to your stand and return. This means you are dealing with one logistics specialist throughout the move with one single point of contact who provides you with regular shipment updates.
You may select one of our easy options below or, deliver yourself to our advance warehouse between 10 – 21 November 2025.
We are providing this advance storage free of charge
Collection & shipping options
Option 1
- You deliver your materials to our warehouse between 10th to 21st November (excluding weekends)
- We’ll consolidate all materials and move them to the venue on our installation day
- Our team to deliver onto your stand, so that all is in place for when you arrive
- We’ll be at the venue on the breakdown afternoon to discuss your needs for the close of the event and return.
- Our team will return all to our warehouse
- Pick-up from our warehouse Weds 3rd December – Friday 12th December.
- Pricing; Please send us details of your shipment and we’ll be happy to provide our rates for receiving your collateral, storage until set-up and delivery of everything to your stand. We can also provide this service post show, collecting from your stand and return to our warehouse. We can then either release for collection and return to you or arrange shipping back to you. Storage of empties is free of charge with this option
Option 2
As with Option 1 above but we will take care of the pick-up and return of your materials directly from your premises, which will make your life even easier! Additional pricing will apply for the pick-up and return delivery. We can pick-up from anywhere in the world and if Customs clearance is needed, we’ll handle that too.
Forklifts, Empty Case Storage & Labour - onsite prices for services:
Unloading from vehicle directly to stand* – £45.00 per 1 cbm / 500 Kgs / lift – min £75.00
Collection, storage and redelivery of empty cases – £45.00 per 1 cbm – min 3 cbm
Forklift to reload from stand directly to vehicle* – £45.00 per 1 cbm / 500 Kgs / lift – min £75.00
Labour to assist with unpacking / repacking* – £45.00 per hour – min 2 hours
Forklift* to assist on stand with erection / dismantling work – £150.00 per hour – min 2 hours
Administration Fee – £40.00
Items marked * are subject to an overtime surcharge of 50% for work carried out
outside of normal working hours 0800-1700 Monday – Friday. (Rates exclude VAT @ 20%)
